Who we are

Trained properly.
Built to travel.

Pizza Press takes the standards of a proper pizzeria and puts them on four wheels — without compromising on the pizza or the experience.

The beginning

A simple idea,
pressed further.

Bring properly made, freshly fired pizza to events, festivals and neighbourhood pitches without lowering the standard just because the kitchen moves.

The technique behind each pizza was trained under pizza maker Massimo Nocerino. That foundation now travels across Berkshire in a van fitted with professional-grade equipment, exterior lighting and a wide-open service hatch.

01

Pressed by hand

Each pizza starts with dough shaped to order, not a conveyor belt or a frozen base.

02

Fired to order

The oven runs live through service so pizzas reach the hatch hot, crisp and ready.

03

Built to travel

A professional mobile kitchen designed for regular pitches and full-scale event service.

Behind the hatch

A proper pizzeria.
On four wheels.

Professional equipment, a visible service window and outside lighting for evening events. The van is designed to arrive, set up and become part of the occasion.
